Complaints are dealt with Monday and Friday between 9 am – 5 pm. We endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and will keep you regularly updated until the complaint reaches a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
For complaints about pharmaceutical services (advice, prescriptions, medicines), your complaint will be dealt with by one of our Pharmacists. When dealing with pharmaceutical complaints, we work to the standards laid down by our professional body, The General Pharmaceutical Council.Leave Feedback
